MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

1. Parties

a) Oğuz Yener Private Company, located at Yıldırım Mahallesi Şehit Kâmil Balkan Caddesi no:41 d:3 Bayrampaşa/İstanbul/Türkiye, which carries out the activities of the www.supplyallneeds.com website (hereinafter referred to as "SITE").

b) The internet user who is a member of the www.supplyallneeds.com website and/or uses it without being a member will be referred to as "Member".

2. Subject of the Contract

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

For this reason, the Member reserves the right to claim all kinds of compensation and other claims arising from such unauthorized use, against all liability that may arise and against all claims and demands that may be made against the Site by third parties or competent authorities.

3.3. The member accepts and undertakes to comply with the provisions of the legal regulations and not to violate them while using the www.supplyallneeds.com website. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities that may arise will bind the member completely and exclusively.

3.4. 3.10. www.supplyallneeds.com website software and design is the property of Oğuz Yener Private Company, the copyright and/or other intellectual property rights related to them are protected by relevant laws, and they cannot be used, acquired or changed by the member. Other companies and their products mentioned on this website are trademarks of their owners and are also protected under intellectual property rights.

3.11. The name and Internet Protocol (IP) address of the Internet service provider used by the site to improve and develop the www.supplyallneeds.com website and/or to access the site within the framework of legal legislation, the date and time the site was accessed, the pages accessed while on the site and the direct access to the site. 3.12. 4. Termination of Contract

This agreement will remain in effect until the member cancels his membership or his membership is canceled by the Site. If the member violates any provision of the membership agreement, the site may terminate the contract unilaterally by canceling the member's membership.

5. Settlement of Disputes

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction in disputes regarding this agreement.

6. Enforcement

The member's registration for membership means that the member has read all the articles in the membership agreement and accepted the articles in the membership agreement. This Agreement has been concluded and entered into mutual force at the time the member becomes a member.
